Marklin CCS 800 Version 2 in original box 1948

Description

Famous Marklin Swiss crocodile CCS 800 in the rare second version. Locomotive in optically excellent condition with virtually no signs of paint wear. Note one small crack in the corner of the loco housing. One articulated frame was repaired at the sand boxes but is almost unnoticeable. Includes original box labeled “CCS 800.” Rare early version of famous crocodile.
